Continuing to use Tile Color Match means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with any part, you should stop using the game.

Player Accounts
If you create or use an account in Tile Color Match, the following terms apply to you.
Keep your Tile Color Match credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account whether or not you authorized it.

- Maintaining multiple accounts
- Sharing account access with third parties
- Selling or transferring your account
- Impersonating others
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at our discretion for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or security concerns. We'll notify you where possible except in emergency situations.

Access License
Access to Tile Color Match is granted under a limited license. This section specifies what you can and cannot do.

- Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them

Behavioral Rules:

- No hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
- No sharing other players' personal information without consent
Enforcement: REK VT may take action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning for conduct violations. We aim for proportionate responses.

Ownership and IP Rights
Tile Color Match and all its content are the result of significant creative effort by REK VT. Here's how those rights work.
REK VT owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Tile Color Match and its content, globally.
Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Tile Color Match content without prior written consent from REK VT.

What We Don't Guarantee
This section describes the limitations on warranties provided by REK VT regarding Tile Color Match.
We provide Tile Color Match without any warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific expectations.
No Availability Guarantee
We cannot guarantee that Tile Color Match will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external factors may cause service interruptions.
Third-party services and platforms integrated with Tile Color Match are subject to their own terms and warranties. REK VT is not responsible for their performance.

Responsibility Limits
This section sets caps on REK VT's legal exposure in connection with Tile Color Match.
We exclude liability for: loss of game progress, data loss, lost profits, missed savings, or other consequential or indirect loss arising from Tile Color Match use or unavailability.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Tile Color Match shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid REK VT in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Protecting REK VT
This is a standard indemnification clause — it protects REK VT from liability caused by your actions.
Scope: Your indemnification obligation covers claims resulting from: your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the app, content you submit, and violations of third-party rights or applicable law.
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.

Conflict Resolution
Disputes are best resolved informally. Here's our process for handling disagreements about Tile Color Match.
Most disputes can be resolved with a simple conversation. Please email our support team first. If we can't resolve your issue within 30 days, you may proceed to formal dispute resolution.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with REK VT on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

How This Agreement Ends
This section covers both voluntary account closure and REK VT's right to terminate access.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Tile Color Match and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
We May Terminate Your Access
REK VT may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for: serious or repeated Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct affecting other players, or as required by law.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.
Service Shutdown: REK VT reserves the right to discontinue Tile Color Match entirely. We'll provide reasonable advance notice of any planned shutdown.

Jurisdiction and Choice of Law
The governing law section specifies the legal framework for this agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which REK VT is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in REK VT's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

How We Change the Terms
REK VT keeps these Terms current. Here's how updates are communicated and when they apply.
Notice of Changes: Material changes get in-app notifications. The effective date on this page always reflects the latest version. For major rights changes, we give at least 14 days advance notice.
When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Tile Color Match after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
If you don't accept updated Terms, stop using Tile Color Match before they take effect. Contact our support team to close your account.

General Provisions
These general provisions round out the legal framework of your agreement with REK VT.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and REK VT regarding Tile Color Match.
Invalid or unenforceable provisions don't invalidate the rest of these Terms. Each provision stands independently.
No Waiver: Failure by REK VT to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent. REK VT may assign its rights in connection with a corporate transaction.
